Season of Change:
A 6-week journey to rediscovering your identity after motherhood
Becoming a mother is one of the most beautiful, life-altering experiences. But it also comes with challenges not many of us speak about. Beneath the joy, there’s often a quiet sense of loss.
This 6-week self-paced programme is designed to connect with who you used to be - and who you are becoming.
You love your child.
But somewhere in all of it... you disappeared a little.
This is for the mothers quietly grieving the version of themselves they no longer recognise. The ones who smile for their children, but carry quiet questions under the surface.
You might be:
Wondering where your creativity, voice, or confidence went
Feeling a shift in your relationships, energy, or sense of self
Looking in the mirror and feeling like a stranger
Thinking, “I should be grateful… so why do I feel so lost?”
Struggling to feel like more than “just” a mum
If you’ve ever whispered, “Who even am I now?” - you're not alone. And you are not broken.
We honour grief. We rebuild with care.
Motherhood is a transition. No one tells you that becoming a mother can feel like a kind of loss — not just of time or sleep, but of self.
For our freedom, for our old bodies. For all things that were put aside once we became mothers.
This programme isn’t therapy, and it’s not a productivity plan. It’s a compassionate space to process identity loss, explore who you’re becoming, and gently gather the parts of yourself you thought were gone. Where your grief is named, understood and gently tended. All grounded in grief studies, identity theory, and lived experience.
What you’ll receive
Over six weeks, you’ll be supported through:
🌸 Weekly reflections and rituals to reconnect with yourself (PDF + printable)
🌸 Grief-informed guidance for navigating identity shifts
🌸 Tools to map who you were, who you are, and who you're becoming
🌸 The option to add 1:1 grief & identity coaching
This isn’t about “getting back to your old self.” It’s about honouring your story — and beginning to rebuild from where you are.
Because motherhood can be beautiful - and still break you open.
Because it’s normal to miss who you were, even when you love who you’re becoming.
Because identity loss is a form of grief, and it deserves to be named.

Not at all. Some join within months of giving birth, others years later. This is about identity, not a timeline.
-
That’s part of the journey. You don’t need all the answers - just a willingness to begin.
-
Yes. As a mum myself, I understand how difficult it can be to find time to yourself (but so necessary!). The content is flexible and self-paced, designed to meet you in the chaos, not add to it.
-
That’s totally normal. You’ll have ongoing access to the materials, the programme is designed to be revisited, not rushed.
-
No - this course isn’t therapy and it doesn’t function as a replacement for one. It’s a reflective, grief-informed programme grounded in identity theory, emotional literacy, and lived experience.
Many participants find this programme deeply supportive, and it can complement therapeutic work beautifully if you're also seeing a mental health professional. They serve different, but equally valid, needs.

This isn’t about parenting strategies or trying to “fix” yourself. It’s about making space for the quiet, often unspoken emotional side of motherhood - the parts that don’t show up in baby books or Instagram captions.
Some call this transition matrescence - the emotional and identity shift that happens when you become a mother. But even if you’ve never heard the word, you’ve probably felt it.
This course offers space to explore those changes. It’s not about doing more - it’s about gently finding your way back to yourself.
