1:1 grief and identity coaching

A space for the woman who’s not quite who she was, and not yet who she’s becoming.

There’s a particular ache that comes with identity loss.
It’s subtle, often invisible to others, but you feel it every day.

You might be showing up for your family, your work, your life… but inside, you’re asking:

  • “Who am I now?”

  • “Why do I feel so far from myself?”

  • “Is it normal to grieve this version of me?”

This coaching work is for that in-between.
The time after change - motherhood, burnout, relationship shifts, or loss - when the old version of you no longer fits, and the new one started emerging.

Grounded in grief theory, narrative psychology, and matrescence research, these sessions help you understand what’s changed, name what still matters, and begin to rebuild a steadier sense of self.

This work is slow, deep, and personal, which means I take on a small number of clients at a time to hold space with care and intention.

  • Available as a single session (for clarity and grounding) and a 3 or 6 session container (for deeper integration)
