1:1 grief and identity coaching

A space for the woman who’s not quite who she was - and not yet who she’s becoming.

There’s a particular ache that comes with identity loss.
It’s subtle, often invisible to others - but you feel it every day.

You might be showing up for your family, your work, your life… but inside, you’re asking:

  • “Who am I now?”

  • “Why do I feel so far from myself?”

  • “Is it normal to grieve this version of me?”

This coaching work is for the in-between.
The blurry space after a life shift - motherhood, burnout, relationship loss, career change or death of a loved one - where old versions of you no longer fit, and new ones haven’t fully arrived.

Note: 1:1 sessions are currently full.
This work is slow, deep, and personal - which means I take on a small number of clients at a time to hold space with care and intention.

This is coaching, but not in the “goals and hustle” sense.
It’s reflective and rooted in emotional integration, not performance.

Who is it for?

This work is for you if:

  • You’re moving through a life transition and don’t recognise yourself anymore

  • You feel emotionally stuck - not in crisis, but not at peace

  • You’re grieving someone or something, and it’s reshaping who you are

  • You want to explore identity, loss, meaning, and reconnection in a structured but soft way

  • You’re ready to listen inward, even if you don’t yet have the words

By the end of our work together, you might not have a five-year plan - but you will have:

  • More clarity about what matters to you now

  • Language for the things you’ve lost - and space to honour them

  • Tools to reconnect with yourself (that don’t require 5am wakeups or toxic positivity)

The details

  • 60-minute sessions via Zoom

  • Available as a single session (for clarity and grounding) and a 3 or 6 session container (for deeper integration)

  • Optional reflection prompts and journaling between sessions
