Speaking & workshops

Making the invisible visible - one room, one conversation at a time.

There’s a gap in how we talk about grief and change.
Too often, it’s either clinical or cliché.
My talks and workshops aim to meet that middle ground, with language that’s human, real, and quietly transformative. They bring research and lived experience together to help people name what’s happening, and to open conversations that feel safe, intelligent, and real.

I speak and facilitate on:

  • Grief beyond death - the everyday losses no one names

  • Matrescence and identity shifts - understanding the transition into motherhood

  • Grief literacy - helping teams and communities respond to loss with confidence

  • Emotional change without toxic positivity - how to support others through hard moments and stay grounded yourself

Ideal for:

  • Wellbeing and maternal mental health events

  • Organisations or teams wanting to lead with compassion, showing up for the whole person, not just their output

  • Professionals supporting others through transition, loss, or identity change

Offered virtually or in person (UK-based)
Each talk is built around your audience and needs, designed to create understanding, not just awareness.
