Journaling Through Grief Course

In Partnership with Untangle Grief

Grief is not something you fix, it’s something you learn to carry. This course gently helps you honour your loss, reflect at your own pace, and reconnect with what still matter.

This course is for you if…

You’ve lost someone you love, and you're trying to find space to process that loss - gently, privately, and at your own pace.

Through prompts, reflections, and grounding rituals, this 5 week journey helps you honour your grief, explore your memories, and begin to make sense of what’s changed

You can begin any time.
You can stop and return whenever you need.
This is your space.

How it works

This is a self-paced course. designed to meet you wherever you are.

There’s no timeline you need to follow, no deadline to meet.

✧ You can begin at any time
✧ You can stop and return whenever you need
✧ Each prompt takes around 10–15 minutes
✧ You don’t have to complete every prompt for this to be meaningful
✧ You can write, draw, listen, or simply sit with the reflection

Some days you might feel ready. Other days, you might not. That’s okay. That’s part of grief.

This course was built with that in mind: slow, spacious, and entirely yours.

By the end of this course you’'ll have:

→ Created space to reflect on your loss, without pressure
→ Explored your relationship with memory, identity, and ritual

At Untangle, we know that bereavement isn’t just about the loss of a loved one — it often brings painful secondary losses too, like a loss of identity and purpose.

That’s why we’re so proud to partner with Kate and The Lost Self Club on the Journaling Through Grief course. Kate’s deep expertise in bereavement and her compassionate approach help people begin to rediscover who they are, and what still matters, after loss.”

— Emily Cummin, Untangle CEO

A few words from our partner, Untangle:

A note from the creator:

“This course was created to hold space for you, by someone who’s been there too.

I made this not as a solution, but as a companion. A quiet place to honour your grief without rushing it, fixing it, or needing to explain it.

Whether you complete every prompt or just one, I hope this journey gives you room to breathe, remember, and reconnect - with your person, and with yourself.

Thank you for letting me walk a small part of the path alongside you.”

— Kate, Grief Coach and Educator. Founder of The Lost Self Club.
